To continue our growth, we are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer for our site in Brussels.
Your responsibilities within our HR Team
- Analyzing and understanding the selection needs of our team of business development managers
- Writing of job vacancy texts
- Sourcing candidates with a technical profile, using both internal and external tools
- Telephone prequalification of candidates and appointment planning
- Conducting interviews, in person, by telephone and / or via Skype
- Administrative management and follow-up of applications (technical tests QCM, etc.)
- Presenting and promoting the candidates to the business development managers team
- Possible participation in specialized fairs and forums (engineering schools), HR projects or customer visits
- You have a Master in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
- You have a first work experience (preferably in recruitment)
- You have an affinity with a technical working environment
- You are persistent, organized, curious and have good interpersonal skills.
- You speak fluent Dutch, very good French and you have a good level of English.
