For our brand-new offices in Antwerp (Flanders), we are looking for a Dutch speaking Talent Acquisition Officer that will help us develop our imprint on the Flanders market.
Within a company that is sufficiently small to be humane but ambitious enough to offer growth and development opportunities, you will be responsible for:
What you will do
- Sourcing the best candidates on job boards and social media (LinkedIn etc.)
- Interview and asses their experience and skills
- Represent the company on events and job fairs
- Publish adds, write interview reports
- Push the best candidates to your business colleagues that will oversee the matching of their skills with amazing projects
- Follow-up on the onboarding of your consultants
What you need
- Excellent communication skills
- Dutch mother tongue and a good level of English (B2 min). Any knowledge of French is a plus
