What you will do
There are 3 main aspects to the role of a Business Development Manager: Sales, Recruitment, and people management.
Sales:
- Develop a portfolio of strategic customers and prospects
- Develop strong customer relations and negotiate contracts
- Build a Business Plan
- Track & monitor business parameters such as overheads, resource billability, operating margin, and employee turnover
People management:
- Manage a team of consultants on customer projects
- Help our team members fulfil their potential
- Act as a trusted manager in follow-up meetings, yearly evaluations, proximity support and career development
Recruitment:
- Attract the best talent to join your team by using different sourcing and social networking platforms
- Match the candidate’s expectations with what the customer needs
What you need
- A strong entrepreneurship mindset
- Drive, positivity, and dynamism
- The ability to work autonomously and develop your own perimeter
- A master’s degree in Management or Engineering
- French or Dutch Mother tongue level and excellent English
- A first experience in sales or in engineering is a plus
