Within BELGATECH Engineering Services you create and develop your own business unit, consisting of major clients and specialised Consultants.
Your responsibilities include:
- Implementing a commercial strategy for your business perimeter
- Building commercial relationships: from active prospecting to follow-up, resulting in loyal customers
- Developing longstanding client relationships with a.o. Technical Directors and Project Managers
- Recruiting specialised technicians and engineers
- Managing, following up and motivating your team of Consultants
- Managing your perimeter’s financial profitability
- Managerial responsibilities in an autonomous mindset
- Coaching internal Junior Managers
In the long and medium term, your extending perimeter allows you to evolve to a Senior Management position.
A personalised training is provided to you during every step of your evolution in order to allow you to reach the best possible results.
You have a commercial or technical education and have a commercial experience of at least five years(preferably in B2B). You have affinity with technical environments. You are persevering, organised, eager-to-learn and a good communicator. You speak Dutch, English and French.
