BELGATECH’s managers have recently undergone training to support change within their teams. More specifically, they have deepened a range of success factors for change to better support their Consultants during missions or sectoral changes for example.
The training was organized in collaboration with StreetwiZe, an organization that strives to develop talent and leadership based on a street-inspired approach. 100% of StreetwiZe’s profits are invested in Mobile School, a non-profit organization that focuses on empowering street youth by working on their self-esteem and training street workers.
